ARC Income Properties is an income note program whose net proceeds were used to acquire and pay related expenses for a portfolio of 73 bank branches triple-net leased to RBS Citizens, N.A. and Citizens Bank of Pennsylvania. The properties are leased for a primary term of 5 years, with approximately 3 years remaining, and are further subject to a mortgage loan of approximately $98 million. American Realty Capital expects to pay interest on the notes currently from rents paid by the properties, and to repay the principal amount of the notes by raising equity through its affiliated broker-dealer.
