Investor Suitability

For potential investors to qualify to invest in our REIT, they must meet the following net worth and/or gross income requirements²:

• The investor must have a net worth of at least $250,000
• Or a gross annual income of at least $70,000 and a net worth of at least $70,000

In addition to the above-mentioned requirements, investors must also meet all of the following conditions:

• a relatively long-term investment
• not need immediate liquidity from their investment
• not seek a short-term investment
