We limit the number of shares redeemed pursuant to our share repurchase program which may prevent us from accommodating all redemption requests made in any given year. During any 12-month period we will not repurchase in excess of 5% of the shares outstanding as of December 31st of the previous year. We will also limit the amount spent to repurchase shares in a given quarter to the amount of proceeds received from our distribution reinvestment plan in that same quarter. We may suspend our share repurchase program at any time.

1The minimum investment for most states is $2,500. However, the following exception applies: In order to satisfy the minimum investment for individual retirement accounts, or IRAs, unless otherwise prohibited by state law, a husband and wife may jointly contribute funds from their separate IRAs if each such contribution is made in increments of $100.

2Higher suitability in some states - may vary by state. Net worth is exclusive of home, furnishings and autos. Further, certain states recommend that investors should invest no more than 10% of their liquid net worth in REITs, real estate investment programs, or other similar programs (including, but not limited to, AL, CA, IA, KS, KY, MA, MI, MO, MS, OH, OR, PA, TN, WA)
In addition to the general suitability requirements described above, it is recommended that investors should invest no more than 10% of their liquid net worth in our shares and securities of other real estate investment trusts. The state of Kansas defines "liquid net worth" as that portion of net worth (total assets minus total liabilities) that is comprised of cash, cash equivalents and readily marketable securities.

3Subject to and qualified by the public filings.

4Upon death or disability of a shareholder, on request, we may waive the one-year holding period and repurchase at a price equal to the price paid for the shares.
